Sunday School

Sunday School is an important ministry of Maranatha Chapel. Our mission is to bring people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to connect them with the local church.  We believe Sunday School is part of the growing process. As we learn what Scripture teaches we are better able to apply the Bible and its principals to every area of our lives. Those lessons, in turn, help us grow closer to God and to one another.

Sunday School for Kids is held immediately following the morning worship and has been incorporated into our KId's Zone (Children's Church) Ministry for ages 5-8 & 9-12.  Students learn in age appropriate environments with age-specific lessons and are taught by teachers who genuinely care about their spiritual growth. Classes are 1 hour in length, concluding after the morning service.

Adult Sunday School is a great way for adults to grow closer to God and closer to one another. The subject matter changes every quarter and includes studies on spiritual growth, family relationships and contemporary issues. These classes also provide opportunities for fellowship and for service to others.
